Program Fit start 

In this program, the client visits the fitness trainer and attends training lectures in a selected sports-center (Fitnesskotva s.r.o.), where our trainers work. Frequency of the lectures is ideally twice a week. For individual employees and entire companies we also offer „in-office-massages“ (at your workplace). All prices are for 1 person only and do not include the entrance fee into the fitness-center and related services (including drinks or food).

The length of one work-out unit is recommended to be between 60-70 minutes, with smooth transitions between individual parts of the program. The form and intensity of the training is adjusted to the time potential of each customer. The combination of exercises and compact series of drills is developed to harmonize the entire body. The goal of the program is to eliminate inbalances of the body and improve overall physical condition, which is caused by a sedentary lifestyle and accompanied by a sore back and neck. The program includes designing an individual nutrition plan which respects the client’s needs, so that the new eating habits become part of their lifestyle and sports preparation, helping the client improve his performance.
