Program FIT START

In this program, the client visits a sports center, where he attends training lectures with a personal coach. Fitness training under the guidance of one of our experienced trainers lasts between 60-70 minutes. Training method, intensity and weight loads are individually adjusted to the time schedule and physical possibilities of every client.

The aim of the entire program is to improve body function and to eliminate muscle imbalances in the body. Systematic training will significantly improve your physical condition and adjust body structures to their optimal values. The FIT START program includes designing an individual nutrition plan which respects client’s needs, so their new eating habits become part of their lifestyle, thus improving one’s physical and psychical performance.
